Payment for the service happens directly between the owner and the provider. Petlify does not process pet-care payments and does not provide payment protection at this stage.

- That depends on the dog and the goal. Trainers usually start with one session to see the dog and then propose a plan — ask in the chat what they expect before booking.
- Are trainers on Petlify certified?
- Petlify does not certify trainers. Profiles show experience, reviews and any verification the sitter has completed, and you can ask about qualifications in the chat before you book.
- How is payment handled?
- Petlify does not process payments for care services. The price shown is a quote calculated from the sitter’s own rates; you and the sitter agree how to settle it directly.
