A request brings the dates, the pet and the visits. Ask what you need in messages, then accept or decline. You also choose whether requests wait for your answer or are confirmed automatically.

A week that keeps to your hours
Mark the days and hours you work. Owners can only pick the days your calendar has open, so requests arrive when you can take them.
From sign-up to your first request
Create your profile
Sign up, name your city and district, and introduce yourself in a few sentences and a photo.
Add services and rates
Pick the services you offer — walks, boarding, visits — and set a rate for each. The price is yours.
Mark your availability
Tell the calendar which days and hours you work, so only requests that fit reach you.
We check your documents by hand
In Ukraine a profile goes live only after we check your document by hand. You are told the result either way.
Go live and answer requests
Once your document is approved, your profile appears in search. From then on owners see you: accept the requests that suit you and decline the rest.

Questions new sitters ask
Do I need experience or a certificate?
No certificate is required. Describe your experience and the animals you are comfortable with in your profile — owners read it and decide.
How do I get paid?
Directly by the owner, in whatever way you agree. Petlify does not process payments for services and takes no commission. The prices owners see are estimates worked out from your own rates.
What is the document check?
Where your country requires it — Ukraine does — a person on our team checks your identity document by hand before your profile goes live. The files are stored privately and deleted after a set period.
Who sees my address?
Your exact address is not shown on your profile or in search. Owners see your district, and your pin is rounded to about a kilometre. Your email is never shown. What you share later in messages is up to you.
Can I choose which pets and requests I take?
Yes. Your profile says which animals and sizes you take, and every request is yours to accept or decline — unless you choose to confirm some automatically.
How soon can I go live?
As soon as your profile, at least one service with a rate and your availability are in. Where a document check is required, once it is approved.
