Petlify is a marketplace where pet owners find sitters for boarding, walks, drop-in visits and day care, and where sitters keep a profile an owner can judge before handing over a key.
Who operates Petlify?
The platform is operated by FOP Havryshkevych Viktor Viktorovych — ФОП Гавришкевич Віктор Вікторович, an individual entrepreneur (фізична особа-підприємець) registered in Ukraine. That is the party you agree the terms with, the data controller named in the privacy policy, and who answers for what this site publishes.
Behind the product is one person rather than a department: an email to support@petlify.pet is read by the same person who builds the platform.
What Petlify is, and what it is not
Petlify provides the search, the profiles, the booking record, the messages and the calendar. Sitters are independent providers — they set their own rates, accept or decline their own bookings, and are not employees or agents of Petlify. Petlify is not a party to the care agreement between an owner and a sitter.
Petlify does not accept, hold or transfer money for pet care. A price shown on a booking is an informational estimate calculated from the rates the sitter entered, and the owner and the sitter settle it directly with each other.
How does Petlify make money?
Sitters work on the free Standard plan or buy a paid one — Plus or Pro — for more visibility and higher limits. Those subscriptions are the only revenue: there is no commission on pet care, so the price of a booking never reaches the platform. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record, charges the card and issues the receipt.
What does a verification badge mean?
That one specific check was completed at one moment — not a character reference, and not a promise about how the care will go. The trust and safety page says which check it is, what stays unverified, how to report a problem and what happens to a report: /trust-safety
